Our Pinkham Travelers are made in Portland, Oregon. We try to keep a number of each variation available and in stock when we are able, and typically ship in 3-5 days. As these are handmade hats, there may be an occasional, brief delay while we craft your hat to order. In this event, we will be sure to communicate with you on timeline, to make sure that we can meet your needs. All Pinkham Travelers ship free within the U.S.
Return Policy
Not quite what you had in mind? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase to initiate a return for a full refund. We use tracking for delivery confirmation. Once we receive the returned, unworn item, your refund will be posted within 7 days.
Measuring your head size
In order to determine your head size, place a soft measuring tape around your head, at the widest part, where you would like the hat to sit. A string and straight ruler will work too.
Custom Hats
At every stage in the process we require approval before we move on to the next. We want our Clients to feel completely satisfied with their experience at Pinkham Millinery, and will go to every length to make the perfect hat for you. We do not offer returns on Custom hats because we are committed to create and recreate the hat of your dreams. Additionally, we repair and maintain our hats for life.
